Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if did not meet your expectations. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to offer order returns as per following details:

  1. Within 7 days of receipt of order, kindly get in touch with us through WhatsApp on the Mobile number provided on our home page or send us an email explaining the reason of return. If we find the return reason justified, you will get a confirmation email from our side.
  2. Once you get a go ahead, make sure to pack your parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you.
  3. The return order can be sent through any courier company to our registered address mentioned on the Home Page. Once the package is dispatched, make sure to WhatsApp or email the image of the slip provided by the courier company.
  4. As soon as we get your return shipment, we will inspect the package and ensure whether the following conditions are fulfilled.

Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

If above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Issuance of Refunds

If your product is found eligible for a refund, the total amount will be refunded through bank transfer to the customer Bank account or a refund will be made to EasyPaisa account. Kindly note that the shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

All items that are returned can only be made once.

We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.

Our returns policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
