Ordering & Payment
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available with certain conditions on all orders across Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives at your door.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer. COD is available on all orders nationwide.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount. You can order any single product from our store.
Can I place an order over WhatsApp?
Yes. You can place orders directly through our website at Techmanistan.pk or contact us via WhatsApp 033-0000-8324 for assistance with your order.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation on WhatsApp and your email after placing your order. Our team may also call to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your city.
Do you deliver across all of Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver to all across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala and all other cities.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 5,999. A standard delivery charge applies to orders below this amount.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number on WhatsApp and email. You can use this to track your delivery.
What courier service do you use?
We use trusted courier partners including, Leopards, M&P and Postex and Pakistan Post for nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How do I return a product?
Contact our customer support team on our WhatsApp number 033-0000-8324 within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to share your order number, unboxing video and images explaining the issue and we will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the refund is approved, it is processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or via bank transfer if it was a COD order.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Product exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Contact our team within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Products & Quality
Do your kitchen products work on Pakistani gas stoves?
Yes. All our cookware including honeycomb laser coated tawas, woks, and karahis are compatible with Pakistani gas stoves. Most products also work on induction and electric cooktops.
Are your food-grade products safe to use?
Yes. All our food-contact products including silicone molds, cooking pans, pressure cookers and drinkware are made from food-grade, BPA-free materials that are safe for daily use.
Do pressure cookers come with a warranty?
Pressure cookers including other cookware, does not come with any warranty, however, these could be returned or replaced as per our Return & Exchange policy.
What sizes are available for tawas and pans?
Our tawas and frying pans are available in multiple sizes ranging from 24cm to 42cm depending on the product type. Size options are shown on each product page.
