Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Techmanistan.pk. We are committed to delivering your order with speed and accuracy. Please read the following shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are normally confirmed via automated calls or WhatsApp messages made to our customers and they have the option to either confirm, cancel or ask for the call back from us. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods:

We offer a variety of shipping methods to cater to your needs. Please note that the shipping method selected will determine the delivery time frame.

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are flat Rs. 350 while the shipping is currently free for orders above a certain amount of order value that may change from time to time. 

4. Estimated Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard delivery times range from 3 to 5 working days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, or other factors.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's progress.

6. Lost or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at techmanistan@gmail.com or send a message at our WhatsApp number 033 0000 8324 within 1 day of receiving your order. We will get back within 24 hours to resolve your issue.

7. Change of Shipping Address:

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please double-check and provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. If there are any changes or corrections needed, please contact us immediately at our WhatsApp number 033 0000 8324 or email us at techmanistan@gmail.com.

8. Advance payment:

All Orders above Rs. 10,000 will require an advance payment of atleast Rs. 2,000 that needs to be transfered to our bank account. In case the customer is not able to receive the Order(s) due to his/her unavailablity and the order is delivery failed, the applicable amout of shipping and packaging would be deducted from this amount and the remaining amout will be refunded to customer's bank account as soon as we receive the delivery failed shipment.  

9. Order less than Rs.1000

Cash on Delivery (COD) is applicable only for orders exceeding PKR 1,000. Orders valued at PKR 1,000 or below are not eligible for the COD payment option.
