2. Original Condition: The product must be in unused, resalable condition with original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
3. Return Window: Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. In cases of visible physical damage, please report it within 24 hours.
4. Ineligible Products: Items like innerwear, personal care products, digital items, and products that show signs of use are not eligible for return.
5. Items that are delivered in unassembled form like clothes racks etc. are also not eligible to be returned.
