How long does it take to process an order?

Our 7-Day Return Policy across Pakistan ensures that customers can shop confidently, knowing they have the option to return products under certain conditions within a week of receiving them. Here’s how it works:
Conditions for Return
1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted if the product is incorrect, defective, damaged, or has missing parts upon delivery. Notify us immediately in such cases.
2. Original Condition: The product must be in unused, resalable condition with original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
3. Return Window: Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. In cases of visible physical damage, please report it within 24 hours.
4. Ineligible Products: Items like innerwear, personal care products, digital items, and products that show signs of use are not eligible for return.
5. Items that are delivered in unassembled form like clothes racks etc. are also not eligible to be returned.

We are offering flat Rs.250 all across Pakistan. We are also offering free delivery on orders above Rs.1999
